Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven program support project manager to play a critical role in supporting enterprise program management. This position combines deep data analysis with strategic operations support to ensure effective coordination and alignment across high-priority initiatives. You will lead efforts to gather and analyze complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. In addition to preparing leadership-facing materials and managing follow-ups on action items, you will facilitate alignment across stakeholders to maintain program visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic momentum.

This role requires strong business acumen, as you will analyze business needs and ensure that Oracle's solutions align with customer objectives by applying industry best practices and product knowledge. You will adhere to Oracle methodologies and policies while managing contractual obligations to minimize risk and ensure successful delivery. Your ability to exercise sound judgment and select appropriate delivery methods will be key to the success of small- to medium-sized projects, including recovering remedial engagements. In addition to providing direction and mentoring within the program team, you will influence decisions at the management level, manage customer expectations, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed standards. You will also support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and managing project scope to maximize impact.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $148,300 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
