This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PMO Analyst based in Netherlands.

This role offers the opportunity to support strategic transformation initiatives and help organizations turn plans into measurable results.
You will bring structure, insights, and coordination to complex portfolios, programs, and projects.
The position combines analytical thinking, project management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
You will work closely with consultants and client teams to improve delivery practices and enable successful business outcomes.

Accountabilities

You will support the delivery of transformation programs by providing analytical insights, operational structure, and coordination across projects and portfolios. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio and program data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritization, governance activities, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate project progress, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.

  • Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key activities across multiple initiatives.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Support change management activities by helping coordinate communications, stakeholder updates, and adoption initiatives.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and knowledge resources that improve alignment across teams.
  • Maintain PMO repositories and knowledge bases, ensuring information remains accurate and accessible.
  • Participate in project retrospectives and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with consultants, project leaders, and client stakeholders to support successful transformation outcomes.
Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, portfolio management support, or a related field.
  • Experience working in consulting, transformation, or complex project environments is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, metrics tracking, reporting, and visualization.
  • Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with an understanding of broader strategic priorities.
