Junior Project Manager
The Junior Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional internal resources and customers to drive the successful delivery of projects and support sales efforts. By fostering strong relationships, coordinating activities, and ensuring timely execution, he/she will contribute to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall project success.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Manage project timelines and ensure key deadlines are met;
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for technical submittals;
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team to prepare and manage technical documentation;
  • Review project plans and specifications and provide technical support to customers and project teams;
  • Coordinate manufacturing orders, supplier activities, and delivery schedules;
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including scope of supply and costing;
  • Identify, clarify, and resolve technical requirements and issues with customers;
  • Assist customers in optimizing designs and developing specifications that align with our product offering;
  • Support sales and project management teams by processing customer orders and facilitating timely approval of shop drawing submittals;
  • Maintain knowledge of products and competitors, conduct competitive analyses, and support product promotion through demonstrations and technical presentations.


Required Skills/Abilities
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical  or Electrical Engineering;
  • Experience in Applications Engineering, Sales and Project Management;
  • Good knowledge of English & French (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
