Job Summary

Seeking a Senior PMO professional with 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise projects/programs, PMO governance, reporting, and project controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage PMO governance, project tracking, schedules, risks, and budgets.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Project/Program Managers and business stakeholders.
  • Support portfolio planning, resource management, and project prioritization.
  • Maintain PMO processes, standards, templates, and documentation.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of PMO / Project / Program Management experience.
  • Strong PMO governance, reporting, and stakeholder-management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects/programs.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work in Philadelphia, PA or North NJ.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: PMP certification and large enterprise PMO experience.
