Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a PMO Analyst to lead the development of a financial dashboard in collaboration with internal finance teams and external vendors. The role requires a proactive individual to manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and analyze financial data for effective reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management for the financial dashboard initiative
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Finance, PMO, Product, and external vendors
• Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure accountability to scope and schedule
• Track capital funding, operating budgets, and overall project financials
• Analyze PMO financial data and provide clear reporting on budget performance
• Develop concise, executive-ready presentations and reporting materials using Microsoft Office
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong project management experience, including vendor oversight
• Experience working with finance teams and managing PMO financials
• Deep understanding of capital funding, operating budgets, and project financial reporting
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting formats and dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint required)
