Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Construction Office Manager to support our project teams and oversee administrative operations. This role is key to maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting schedules, and ensuring smooth coordination between office and field teams.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project records

  • Manage document control in Procore and internal systems

Administrative & Scheduling Support

  • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with reporting and scheduling

  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups

Procurement & Materials Support

  • Track material orders, deliveries, and vendor communication

Communication & Reporting

  • Act as liaison between office, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Assist with weekly/monthly project reports

Office Operations

  • Maintain processes, workflows, and compliance documentation

  • Support subcontractor onboarding and permits

Qualifications
  • Experience in construction administration or project coordination preferred

  • Strong understanding of construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Work Environment
