Overview

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a positive employee and customer experience. This role supports dealership leadership by managing office processes, coordinating cross-department activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for daily operations by reviewing priorities, coordinating schedules, organizing documentation, and ensuring office resources are available and functioning properly.

  • Manage administrative workflows accurately and efficiently by maintaining records, processing paperwork, supporting payroll and invoicing tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Document and maintain records thoroughly by organizing files, updating systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting audits or internal reviews as needed.

  • Apply administrative and operational expertise to support dealership functions including HR coordination, accounting support, customer documentation, and internal communications.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and dealership operations to ensure consistent and compliant office practices.

  • Promote compliance and accuracy by ensuring office processes align with legal, financial, and organizational requirements.

  • Support and mentor administrative staff by providing guidance, training, and support to encourage efficiency, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Communicate effectively with leadership, department managers, vendors, and customers to ensure clarity, collaboration, and timely resolution of issues.

  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service by maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

  • Take ownership of operational challenges by identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
