We are seeking a Business Admin for our Regina district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is available for 4, 8, 12, or 16 months starting in September 2026. 

As a Human Resources Student, you will contribute to our team by:
  • Support day-to-day Accounting and HR activities, gaining hands-on experience across both functions
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, payments, and client billings
  • Perform reconciliations such as bank accounts, supplier statements, and corporate credit cards to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare and update financial and operational reports, including ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Assist with cost tracking and project-related expenses, providing insight into how projects are managed
  • Support recruitment initiatives, including career fairs and student hiring coordination
  • Assist with training coordination, including course setup, scheduling, and tracking attendance
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, correspondence, and reports, including confidential materials
  • Provide general support to both teams through administrative tasks, special projects, and process improvements


Qualifications
  • Enrolled in a degree/diploma of related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments
  • Independent and resourceful in accomplishing day-to-day tasks and assignments
