Our location inAustin, TX or Alpharetta, GA currently has an opportunity for aStrategic Pricing & Contracting, Project Management Office Leader (PMO).

This role will be focused on driving process improvements through the EA Ops pricing & contracting, Rebates, and contract implementation teams. This role will lead projects that increase capacity, drive efficiency, and reduce variation through eliminating wasteful activities, leverage best practices, improving contracting turnaround times, and leverages AI and existing systems. This role will play a vital role in supporting our ongoing integration of CLM and CPQ systems.

What You'll Work On

  • Lead and manage pricing & contracting process improvement projects focused on improving turnaround times, process efficiency, eliminate waste and increase capacity.

  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives focused on process standardization, operating model optimization, technology enablement, and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, quality, and compliance standards

  • Facilitate current-state and future-state process design workshops to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved customer experience.

  • Leverage lean, six sigma, and AI tools to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and increase productivity.

  • Own integrated project plans, including schedule, scope, risk, resources, dependencies, and financials

  • Establish project governance frameworks, executive steering committees, and decision-making processes to ensure alignment and accountability across stakeholder groups.

  • Develop and maintain key project artifacts including project charters, current and future state mapping, communication plans, risk and issue logs, status reports, and executive level dashboards

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates and proactively escalating risks, decisions, or changes Partner closely with SMEs across EA Operations, Sales, Business Units, and Strategy to gather requirements, align deliverables, and drive execution

  • Partner with IT, Commercial Systems, and third-party supplier teams to define business requirements and support implementation of CLM, CPQ, pricing, reporting, workflow automation, and other business enablement solutions.

  • Drive alignment and decision making across functions to resolve priority, scope, and resource conflicts

  • Influence stakeholders without direct authority and facilitate consensus among groups with competing priorities and objectives.

  • Anticipate and manage project risks, proactively addressing resource constraints, scope changes, and timeline impacts

  • Lead organizational change management activities including stakeholder assessments, communication strategies, adoption planning, training coordination, and post-implementation stabilization.

  • Evaluate organizational readiness and proactively mitigate adoption, process, technology, and compliance risks.

  • Mentor project teams and business stakeholders on project management, process improvement, governance, and change management best practices.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelors Degree - Business, Life Sciences Or An equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Minimum 5 years project management, with a proven track record of leading cross functional initiatives in Pricing & Contracting, Rebates in Medical Device industries.

  • Experience leading complex business transformation, process improvement, or technology implementation initiatives within medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex dependencies, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through organizational change and influence decision making without direct authority

  • Strong executive level communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to deliver projects end to end, not just coordinate tasks

  • Experience working cross functional within pricing, contracting, contract implementation, or compliance driven environments

  • Experience supporting CLM, CPQ, CRM, ERP, workflow automation, digital transformation, or commercial operations technology initiatives

  • Experience developing business cases, executive presentations, and value realization frameworks.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent

  • Familiarity with AI capabilities, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid Methodologies
