What does a project management consultant do when working remotely?

A Project Management Consultant working remotely helps organizations plan, execute, and oversee projects from a distance. They collaborate with teams using digital tools to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with legal financial management systems (Elite 3E, Aderant, Intapp, or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to identify financial trends and convert complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
