What We Offer
  • Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour includes base pay + bonuses (listed below) 
    • Monthly performance-based bonuses

 What You’ll Do
  • Perform on-site cosmetic, small surface repairs (chips, scratches, burns, etc.) utilizing our unique 5-step process in commercial and residential properties such as apartments, hotels, and senior living communities. 
  • Work hands-on with your custom toolkit to fix surfaces and problem-solve repairs creatively and efficiently
  • Identify and recommend additional repair opportunities (add-ons)
  • Collaborate with the support team with questions
  • Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
  • Manage your daily schedule and job updates through our system
