What We Offer

• Pay range of $20 - $30 per hour includes base pay + bonuses (listed below) 
  • Monthly performance-based bonuses 
  • Monthly bonus depending on add-on repairs 
  • Annual bonus
• Paid training with a raise upon demonstration of ability to work independently

 What You’ll Do

• Perform on-site cosmetic, small surface repairs (chips, scratches, burns, etc.) utilizing our unique 5-step process in commercial and residential properties such as apartments, hotels, and senior living communities. 
• Work hands-on with your custom toolkit to fix surfaces and problem-solve repairs creatively and efficiently
• Identify and recommend additional repair opportunities (add-ons)
• Collaborate with the support team with questions
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Manage your daily schedule and job updates through our system
• Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with your hands - whether in construction, painting, manufacturing, or DIY projects
• Strong color perception and matching ability (color accuracy is key in what we do)
• Reliable, accountable and excited to learn new repair techniques
• Committed to delivering high-quality results
• Must have a valid driver's License (Required)
