Provide advanced troubleshooting for keeping applications running smoothly so teams can work efficiently, using tools to serve clients effectively. Applications include Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Notion (Project Management), Confluence & Jira (Knowledge Base and Ticket Management), Genesys (Recipient Experience), ChurnZero (Client Health and Digital Account Management), and other platforms as needed. These tools support the core processes of Client Success Teams as we serve and strive to delight our clients.Role Expectations
  • Partner with other teams on projects and deployment of new system functionality and troubleshooting.
  • Provide support for escalated requests and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Implement advanced configuration changes; ensure all updates and modifications are dependable, consistent, and scalable.
  • Host and lead cross-departmental meetings to discuss system issues and improvement projects.
  • Identify areas of low usage or inefficiency across applications and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead out on projects related to ongoing maintenance, expansion, and discovery of supported systems and processes.
  • Run advanced reports to identify trends, track system usage, recommend areas for improvement, and track recurring issues.
  • Advise on and coordinate the acquisition of additional licenses as appropriate.
  • Present to teams and departments on system functionality, roadmap, and intended use cases.
  • Continuously improve on tools stability and scalability by monitoring usage, identifying risk areas, and taking action to mitigate.
  • Partner with corporate applications admin teams and engineering resources to explore advanced configuration updates & administer advanced functionality including API development, workflows and automations, and AI exploration.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Create guides and configuration recordings as needed.
  • Identify and address root cause analyses as needed in the event of significant system issues or downtime events.
