Job description

The Project Controls Administrator is an Accounting & Finance position embedded within field operations. The primary purpose of this role is to establish and maintain strong financial and administrative controls throughout the project lifecycle. This position serves as the critical link between Operations, Accounting, Supply Chain, Payroll, and Project Management by ensuring purchasing, labor reporting, equipment tracking, and project documentation are accurate, complete, and timely.

The role also coordinates the information and supporting documentation Accounting needs to prepare customer billings; however, it does not prepare, process, or issue customer invoices. While this role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, it reports directly to the Corporate Controller to maintain consistency, accountability, and standardized project controls across all regions in support of RAM Enterprise's 'One RAM, One Way' philosophy
