Job description

Project Coordinator serves as a key connection point between Sales, Operations, Production, and the Customer throughout the early phases of each project. This role is responsible for gathering project details, coordinating information, supporting customer communication, and ensuring projects are fully prepared for successful handoff to Operations Teams.
This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping maintain project accuracy, efficiency, and workflow organization from initial sale through project launch.
• Support the sales team by organizing and managing project information.
• Assist with quoting and showroom coverage as needed.
• Review quotes, selections, measurements, drawings, and customer specifications for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives and other team members.
• Assist customers with product questions, and project updates
• Track project progress and proactively identify missing information or potential delays
• Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and details are collected prior to project handoff
• Prepare projects for transition to Operations for advanced execution and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate records within company systems and project tracking tools
• Collaborate with internal departments to support workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Help uphold company standards for communication, organization, and service excellence
Requirements
