Effective Project Launch teams help avoid common pitfalls and keep projects on track from day one.

What are some common challenges faced during the initial phase of a project launch and how can they be managed?

During the initial phase of a project launch, team members often encounter challenges such as unclear project objectives, shifting stakeholder expectations, and tight timelines.
