Job description

This is an on-site role. Full-time candidates are preferred; however, flexible scheduling will be considered for students with academic obligations.

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with daily operations, recruiting activities, employee support, and administrative projects. This role offers hands-on experience across several areas of HR and is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a busy HR department operates behind the scenes.

As an intern, you will work closely with the HR team on a wide range of projects and responsibilities that directly support employees throughout the organization.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Preparing offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documents
• Maintaining employee records and updating information in UKG
• Supporting benefits enrollment and benefits-related projects
• Completing employment verifications and processing badge requests
• Monitoring shared HR inboxes and responding to requests
• Assisting with recruitment events, college visits, and hiring materials
• Taking notes during meetings and helping with HR documentation
• Supporting reporting, training materials, and additional HR projects as needed

Qualifications:
• Current college student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Organized and able to manage changing priorities
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• HRIS experience preferred but not required
