Job description

Pre-MBA Growth Intern (Remote)

Remote, United States

About Juno

Juno leverages collective bargaining power to secure better student loan rates for graduate students. With 230,000+ members and over $1B in negotiated loan volume, we've proven that group buying works. We're the most popular way to pay for top MBA programs, and we're just getting started.

Our mission is to make graduate education more affordable, transparent, and fair. Every year, we help thousands of students save thousands of dollars on their loans by negotiating directly with lenders.

About the Role

We're looking for a Pre-MBA Growth Intern to join our small but high-impact team. You'll work directly with Juno's Head of Growth & Partnerships to execute our GTM plan across MBA programs, supporting partnerships, campus outreach, and operations.

This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience in growth strategy, marketing operations, and partnerships while building relationships across top MBA programs. You'll see what it's like to scale a fintech company serving one of the most educated and motivated audiences in the world.

Ideal for someone planning to attend business school next year and exploring a career in growth, finance, and/or startups.

What You'll Do

  • Drive execution of GTM initiatives: Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and communications for Juno's MBA Growth initiatives.
  • Support partnerships: Help identify and coordinate outreach with organizations (e.g., Forté, MLT, student orgs, GMAT/GRE partners) and manage follow-ups.
  • Campus engagement: Collaborate with Juno's MBA campus ambassadors and student partners to distribute content, track performance, and share insights.
  • Operational excellence: Manage administrative and operational workflows, from tracking partner performance to preparing dashboards and reports.
  • Marketing support: Coordinate email, webinar, and content campaigns aligned with the MBA application and loan cycles.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct market research on MBA programs, student funding trends, and competitive offerings to inform outreach strategy.
  • Special projects: Jump in wherever needed — this is a startup, and we move fast.

Who You Are

  • Pre-MBA candidate (entering business school in 2026)
  • Organized operator: You love project management and keeping moving pieces aligned
  • Strong communicator: You write clearly and can adapt tone for partners, students, or internal teams
  • Analytical: You can interpret data, spot insights, and track progress
  • Resourceful & scrappy: You take initiative, find solutions, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Compliance & Ethics

All outreach is opt-in and school-approved. Interns do not collect or store sensitive student information; individualized financial advice is not provided.

What You'll Gain

  • Direct exposure to growth strategy and partnerships at a high-impact fintech
  • Mentorship from Juno's leadership team (MBA graduates from HBS, Wharton, Booth, and Anderson)
  • Experience executing real-world GTM campaigns and scaling partnerships across the MBA ecosystem
  • Insider understanding of MBA program operations, student financing, and fintech growth mechanics
