As our Tax Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our team while learning and applying foundational tax principles. Your high attention to detail will ensure accuracy as you organize tax documents, input data, and assist in preparing returns, all while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of seasoned tax professionals. What you’ll need to be our Tax Intern:  

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Basic understanding of tax laws, with a desire to learn public accounting processes  
  • Technical writing skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule 
  • Accommodating and analytical, with a preference for detailed, skill-based work 
  • Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Must commit to the entire length of the internship
  • Ability to work and commute to our office. 


What you’ll do as the Tax Intern:  

  • Assist with the preparation and organization of tax documents and data 
  • Support the team in gathering information and resolving simple tax-related inquiries 
  • Learn and apply basic tax principles and procedures through hands-on experience with a supervisor 
  • Help team members with a variety of tasks to contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of tax preparation processes 
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing documents and preparing reports. 
  • Contribute to special projects and tasks assigned by team members or supervisors.
