Job Summary:

They are seeking an IT Project Manager to contribute to a team delivering high quality end-user infrastructure solutions and ongoing support, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate actions related to our rollout of MS Teams video conferencing solutions across a geographically dispersed organization
• Plan, organize and communicate tasks related to the rollout activities and timelines
• Track and synthesize detailed project information from multiple sources, formatting for executive-level reporting
• Manage coordination with external vendors to ensure milestone and timeline adherence
• Partner with general contractors, subcontractors and internal facilities teams to support project delivery
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Strong project coordination skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple input streams.
• Engage with engineers.
• Communicate complex technical topics in easy-to-understand terms.
