About the Position: This is a time limited position (NS-14). The Project Manager position performs critical administrative and coordination functions that ensure projects are organized, documented, and executed efficiently. Administrative duties, such as scheduling, tracking project activities, maintaining records, and preparing reports, provide the foundational support needed for project teams to operate effectively and remain aligned with project goals. Additionally, assisting with stakeholder committees is essential for maintaining clear communication, ensuring transparency, and supporting informed decision-making. By coordinating committee meetings, preparing materials, documenting discussions, and facilitating follow-up actions, the Project Manager I strengthens collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. This support helps keep projects on track, promotes accountability, and ensures that stakeholder input is incorporated into project planning and implementation. Overall, these responsibilities are justified because they enhance project governance, improve workflow efficiency, reduce administrative burden.
