Qualified candidates will have a strong track record of leadership and impeccable character. Construction experience is strongly preferred, but not required. We will teach the trade to the right person, but they have to have a strong affinity for hands-on construction work, teamwork, leadership, and working on amazing industrial paint projects. As a Project Foreman, you will report directly to the Field Director and COO. You will lead teams of 1-4 operators or general laborers on projects that involve industrial sandblasting, industrial painting, containment, cleanup, etc. We expect our project to lead their teams hand-in-hand, meaning they are doing the work with their guys while also reporting key milestones to senior leadership. You will have a company vehicle and gas card, so a good driving record is a must. And so, too, is good communication.

Duties

  • Uphold Company Standards - Core Values, Core Skills, Leadership Covenant, etc,.
  • Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications
  • Coordinate with senior leadership and customers (project managers, engineers, and construction managers)
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings is not required but would be a huge bonus.
  • Read and send emails effectively.
  • Possess strong phone communication skills
  • Ability to use AI to produce ToolBoxTalks and other foreman documents.
  • Construction certifications are not required but will be heavily favored when selecting an applicant.

Experience

  • Proven track record of leading teams
  • Strong Construction background and familiarity with heavy industry
  • Supervisory experience leading diverse teams on active construction sites with a focus on safety and quality assurance
  • Ability to operate technical equipment such as forklifts and tele-handlers
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and best practices for maintaining a safe working environment in heavy civil or pipeline projects
