With a commitment to safety, quality, and leadership development, we are offering a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to join our Concrete Leadership Bootcamp, designed to train and advance construction professionals into leadership roles.


Job Summary

The Concrete Leadership Bootcamp is an intensive, multi-phase training program designed to develop skilled professionals in concrete construction. Participants will gain hands-on experience in rigging, crane operations, formwork, and structural concrete, while progressively assuming greater responsibilities in leadership and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply daily job site safety protocols and procedures
  • Gain experience in concrete pours, form jumps, platform installation, and structural assembly
  • Develop proficiency in crane operations, rigging, blueprint reading, and elevation layout
  • Work alongside experienced crews to understand equipment upkeep and site coordination
  • Progress through structured phases, each evaluating skill, problem-solving ability, and leadership potential
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage tasks, coordinate with teams, and meet project deadlines
  • Receive direct mentorship from seasoned foremen and upper management


What to Expect

  • Phase-Based Learning: Move through progressive training phases covering concrete placement, rigging, crane operation, and project leadership
  • Leadership Exposure: Work alongside experienced foremen and site managers, learning how to coordinate teams and execute projects efficiently
  • Comprehensive Skill Development: From blueprint reading to quality control, participants will gain knowledge in all areas of concrete construction
  • Safety & Certifications: Training includes OSHA 30, NCCCO crane certification, and first aid/CPR requirements

  • Phase 1: Foundation & Safety Introduction – Learn safety and procedure for Phoenix
  • Phase 2: Skilled Labor Development – Operational Proficiency and Supporting Coordination
  • Phase 3: Advanced Leadership & Crew Coordination – Skill mastery, Scheduling management, Leadership communication
  • Phase 4: Foreman Training & Project Oversight – Site management and Leadership graduation

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years of experience in General Construction, or 2 years experience as a Foreman/Construction Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and team-building experience, with a focus on performance management and employee development.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Bilingual – Spanish and English
  • Experience working at heights
  • Travelling work experience
  • Prior experience with safety coordination
  • Experience working with or around cranes
