Job description

We are seeking a Labor Foreman to lead and supervise flagging operations on active road construction sites. This role is ideal for someone who values safety, leadership, and teamwork while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.


What Youโ€™ll Do:


  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of flaggers on road construction sites
  • Ensure all traffic control operations follow safety regulations and project requirements
  • Monitor job sites to maintain a safe environment for workers and the public
  • Communicate with project managers, crews, and clients as needed
  • Train and guide flaggers on proper procedures and expectations
  • Handle scheduling, site coverage, and field adjustments throughout the day
