Job description

What You'll Do

  • Review and approve unit trackers monthly for work performed. Send unit tracker to client per contract for approval and answer client questions on unit tracker in partnership with operational teams.
  • Interact regularly with clinical project managers on actual work performed against contracted scope of work.
  • Identify out of scope activities and assess profitability potential
  • Collaborate with Project team to strategize best way to prepare and present data to client
  • Prepare presentation of data for management and client
  • Prepare reporting on cumulative project overages
  • Participate in client accrual spreadsheet preparation process
  • Provide financial expertise and assistance on projects ranging in size, revenue, and complexity
  • Upload budgets into FinancialForce system
  • Participate in hourly percent complete reviews
  • Participate in negotiations with clients on Out of Scope work or Reconciliations

What You'll Bring
