We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience; professional licensure (PE or RA) preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead, develop, and deliver persuasive presentations that build client confidence and win work.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary projects (e.g., higher education, healthcare, industrial, commercial) with highly satisfied clients.
  • Evidence of strong team leadership, consistently high-quality deliverables, and reliable financial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop new client relationships and maintain healthy, long-term partnerships.
  • Operational acumen and a commitment to quality in driving projects and executing deliverables.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Executive for our Building Engineering market with experience winning and managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects and clients. 

As a Project Executive, you will:

  • Develop and execute tactical plans to identify and secure strategic clients and partnerships
  • Foster and expand existing client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Coordinate with the Executive Vice President (EVP) to prioritize and pursue opportunities that advance market growth
  • Successfully win new work; help build our client portfolio.
  • Win new work and expand the client portfolio through positioning, proposals, interviews, and negotiations
  • Monitor market trends and forecast skills and capabilities required to meet evolving client needs
  • Maintain strong client relationships while providing operational insight to drive project performance
  • Define project goals and clearly communicate expectations to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met
  • Guide Project Managers and teams to consistently achieve client expectations and deliverables
  • Demonstrate credible leadership with strong technical, project delivery, and client management expertise
  • Apply professional persuasion and effective negotiation to secure favorable outcomes
