  • Coordinate information between project teams, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Assist with pricing requests, estimates, proposals, and change order documentation
  • Support project controls and help ensure critical project information is accurate and up to date
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Accountants to keep projects moving forward
  • Monitor deadlines and support project reporting, compliance, and document management activities
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field preferred
  • Internship or professional experience supporting commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, or residential construction projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • A proactive mindset and desire to grow into larger project leadership responsibilities
