What You'll Do:
  • Support the development of project schedules and budgets.
  • Work with vendors to gather pricing and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Perform estimates, takeoffs, and manage project documentation.
  • Track construction materials, equipment, and project progress.
  • Attend project meetings, record notes, and keep teams aligned.
  • Perform additional assignments per the Project Manager's or the Superintendent's direction.
  • Assist in gathering and distributing closeout documents for project completion.
