What You'll Do:

Support and improve quality systems that ensure our products meet performance, safety, and customer expectations.

  • Assist in developing and improving quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Design and implement quality control processes using statistical and lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Analyze quality data and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support development and execution of quality plans, especially for new product development and complex assemblies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures.
  • Interface with customers and vendors to resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and perform laboratory testing and validation procedures.
  • Create and maintain ISO documentation and report quality metrics to leadership.
  • Design simple fixtures, tools, or process controls to improve production quality.
  • Plan and perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement.
  • Support calibration systems and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Operate equipment to evaluate product and process performance, collect data, and analyze results.
  • Provide guidance and support to QA technicians and inspectors.
  • Promote a culture of problem-solving, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:ย 

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
  • Basic knowledge of quality systems, risk management, and process control.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • 1โ€“3 years of related experience is a plus.
  • Experience supporting new product development is a plus.
