Qualifications:

The Product Manager I would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 4+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare, or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred.

The Product Manager II would have a BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years' experience in a product management position in healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience. For technology specific roles experience in consumer-facing software & services or a start-up environment preferred. MBA preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven product management experience, with demonstrated success in complex product environments (healthcare experience preferred)

  • Understanding of AI/ML (including Generative AI) concepts, capabilities, and limitations-you know what's possible and what's hype

  • Experience with the unique considerations of AI/ML product development lifecycles

  • Experience working directly with technology teams in a product owner or similar capacity

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into data and AI solution opportunities

  • Effective communication skills, particularly in explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience creating and maintaining product documentation, requirements, and acceptance criteria

  • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value

  • Familiarity with AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and governance frameworks

  • Experience tracking and reporting AI/ML metrics aligned to evaluation frameworks

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitating sprint ceremonies

  • Execution excellence-you can deliver on the details while understanding the bigger picture

  • Excellent interpersonal with demonstrated ability to facilitate team discussions and build effective working relationships with individuals and groups at all levels

  • Demonstrated project management skills including effective planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including formal presentations and the facilitation of group planning sessions.

  • Execute on the AI Product Roadmap: Translate roadmap priorities into sprint-ready requirements and manage delivery timelines for assigned products, ensuring features align with our AI strategy

  • Connect Technical and Business Teams: Translate business requirements into clear AI product specifications and help communicate AI capabilities to non-technical stakeholders

  • Support Data-Informed Decisions: Track metrics that measure AI solution success, using insights to inform product improvements

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work effectively with data scientists, engineers, UX designers, and business teams to bring AI solutions from concept to reality

  • Manage Product Backlog: Maintain well-defined, prioritized backlogs for AI development teams, ensuring efficient delivery of features

  • Document AI Solutions: Create and maintain documentation of AI product requirements, capabilities, and limitations for stakeholder alignment

  • Gather Stakeholder Feedback: Gather feedback from business stakeholders and communicate progress, managing expectations on delivery timelines

  • Support Implementation of Responsible AI Principles: Implement ethical AI principles and governance frameworks in product specifications to build trustworthy solutions

  • Drive Day-to-Day Execution: Coordinate the day-to-day development activities for specific AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical quality standards utilizing agile ceremonies as needed

The expected hiring range for a Product Manager I is $87K - $109K/year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $87K - $142K/year.

The expected hiring range for a Product Manager II is $104K - $131K/year depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $104K - $171K/year.
