This position is onsite and ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to take ownership of project documentation and coordination.

Candidates with prior experience as an Assistant Site Superintendent—particularly those who have handled submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders—are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Superintendents and Project Managers with daily project execution across commercial TI and renovation jobsites.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and closeout documentation using Procore or similar systems.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure documentation and deliveries are complete and timely.

  • Review construction drawings and assist in identifying conflicts or clarifications needed from design teams.

  • Track material deliveries, maintain project logs, and support owner billing and job costing efforts.

  • Ensure subcontractor compliance including insurance certificates, safety plans, and scope documentation.

  • Conduct photo documentation, daily logs, and support field reporting tasks as needed.

  • Strong working knowledge of RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and field documentation workflows.

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical details.

  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of scheduling tools like MS Project is a plus.

  • Effective communicator and collaborator — both in writing and on the jobsite.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Procore or similar construction technology platforms.

  • Previous field coordination experience in a GC or subcontractor setting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match

  • Generous PTO and paid holidays

  • Certification support (e.g., OSHA 30, Procore, etc.) and tuition reimbursement

  • Career path to Assistant PM, Project Manager, and beyond within a growing firm
