Project Engineer (Engineer I)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM


About the Role

Seeking a Project Engineer (Engineer I) to support its Lancaster, NY facility. The Project Engineer will lead cross-functional project activities from planning through completion — ensuring projects meet technical, schedule, and quality objectives.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, experienced in engineering project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in project planning sessions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project dashboards.

  • Track and manage project schedules, deliverables, and risks.

  • Ensure all projects meet timeline and quality expectations.

  • Oversee incoming/outgoing project documentation and reports.

  • Develop and execute risk mitigation plans.

  • Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed progress reports.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize project workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:
