Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager and/or Superintendent with planning and coordination.
  • Track and verify project progress, including materials, quantities, and work performed.
  • Help manage subcontracts, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Support project scheduling and budgeting tasks.
  • Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and keep the project on track.
  • Maintain an insurable driving record.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
