A day in the life:

  • You will provide engineering and business support onsite for commercial construction projects
  • Provide technical engineering information to project managers and field management as required ensuring work performed onsite meets design and quality standards
  • Manage, develop and submit RFI's, O&M manuals and other project documents
  • Schedule equipment and material while coordinating with vendors
  • Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules

You should have:

  • Construction project engineering, project management or internship experience working for a commercial mechanical or building construction contractor, is preferred not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Engineering Management (Other applicable engineering degrees may be acceptable)
  • Possess sharp analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to deal diplomatically with internal and external customers at various levels within an organization (i.e. owners, GC',s, subcontractors, engineers, superintendents, drafters, and field trades)
  • High Mechanical aptitude and interest in building construction
