Photographer & Video Editor

The Photographer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports internal communications, recruiting, marketing, social media, facility promotion, and company storytelling.

This role combines video editing and content production, with up to 50% travel across Texas to capture promotional photography and video content at facilities.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in healthcare environments while capturing authentic moments that reflect company culture, resident life, and team engagement.


Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Content Production (45%)
  • Edit video content for internal communications, social media, recruiting, training, and promotional campaigns
  • Add music, captions, graphics, transitions, voiceovers, and branding elements
  • Format videos for social media, websites, presentations, and internal platforms
  • Maintain consistent quality, tone, and brand standards across all content
  • Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports
  • Collaborate with the communications team to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
Photography & Facility Content Capture (35%)
  • Travel to facilities across Texas to capture professional promotional photography
  • Photograph residents, staff, leadership, events, and facility spaces
  • Capture authentic, positive moments reflecting quality care and company culture
  • Ensure photos meet standards for marketing, social media, recruiting, and PR use
  • Direct subjects when needed while maintaining a respectful, comfortable environment

  • Maintain professional communication with staff, residents, and families
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and travel logistics
  • Provide status updates and identify potential challenges proactively

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in photography, videography, and video editing
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both photography and video work
  • Proficiency in video editing software
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across Texas
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
