This location will be in Arlington, VA and is a hybrid role.  Responsibilities:  * Manage interdependencies between multiple VA IT systems * Assist project managers with implementing enterprise cloud integration * Assist project managers with the development of high quality responses to internal and external information requests * 5 years of experience with VistA deployment and patching, from the OS level up * Experience with formal SDLC, particularly agile * Knowledge of VA patch and release process for VistA * Knowledge of VA practices and policies * Experience with Intersystem technology stack (Cachรฉ, Ensemble) * Experience with Veterans Administration (VA) integration, including VistA * Experience developing APIs, RPCs and clinical application code using Cachรฉ, MuMPs, or COS (Cachรฉ Object Script) * Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON or other data formats * Familiarity with relational & non-relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, Mongo DB, Dynamo, Cassandra * Ability to communicate with brevity and clarity, both orally and through written communication, to management and co-workers * Passionate and motivated self-starter that excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring only limited supervision * Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task * Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities * Ability to have or obtain a VA Tier 3 Public Trust clearance * Experience with HL7 Messaging and standards * Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, and work independently, with minimal supervision and direction *
