Your primary responsibility is to generate new business, build relationships, and create a consistent pipeline of work. Estimating will be part of the role initially but will be reduced over time through systems and support so you can stay focused on growth.

We are specifically targeting a well-connected professional in the Southwest Florida market with existing relationships in tile, flooring, or related construction trades who can accelerate growth through both new and established connections.

    • Cold outreach (calls, email, in-person)
  • Establish the company as a preferred trade partner within the local market

Pipeline Management
  • Build and manage a consistent, trackable pipeline of opportunities
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up on bids and proposals
  • Improve close rates and overall job selection strategy

  • Coordinate with internal team on bid strategy

Requirements
  • Experience in tile, flooring, or related construction trades (required)
  • Strong network within the Southwest Florida construction market (Lee / Collier County preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate new business and win work
  • Ability to read plans and understand project scope
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently

Preferred Experience

  • Consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • New client relationships converting into repeat work
  • Increased win rates and revenue growth

Who This Role Is For
  • Someone who is already connected in the SWFL construction market and wants to capitalize on those relationships
  • A relationship builder who is comfortable in the field and in the office
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of results

Who This Role Is NOT For
  • Candidates without local market connections
  • Individuals looking for a back-office estimating position
  • Anyone uncomfortable with outreach, networking, or in-person relationship building
