The Target Pay Range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Purpose/Overview
The Project Manager manages and coordinates various cross-functional projects and programs for Antech Diagnostics Research & Development. Projects will range in scope across new product development and on-market products. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to close. The role must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and requires strong communication skills coupled with proven project management experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create project plans, execute projects, and apply project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) according to stage gate processes
  • Establish a communication rhythm (operating mechanisms) to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project.
  • Seek out cross functional relationships to drive efficiency in support of project execution
  • Facilitate appropriate escalations and initiate collaborative issue resolution among stakeholders.
  • Communicate milestones and critical path activities effectively, while delineating responsibilities and managing risks.
  • Present to steering committees and executive leadership and/or facilitate workshops or design sessions to solve problems
  • Support Antech leadership in project intake discussions to manage project funnel
  • Execute on multiple projects using PMO processes, tools, and templates

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related study field
  • 5+ years expertise managing multiple projects in new product development, change management or operational excellence

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Broad cross-functional experience from R&D to customer facing support roles, supply chain, sourcing, distribution, or logistics
  • Strong work ethic and high energy level to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; can easily tailor message and communication style based on the defined audience at any level of an organization with both internal and external
  • Effective listener, who can translate and communicate needs and motivate teams to achieve measurable results that improve upon the current business process
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple products concurrently without supervision.
  • The role must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and requires strong communication and leadership skills coupled with project management experience
  • Proficiency with the English language

Working Conditions
The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including the use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must frequently use media equipment such as PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
