The purpose of this role is to increase revenue, maximize process efficiency & cost-effectiveness, and ensure excellent customer experience, through effective supervision of daily operations and personnel, contract compliance, resource optimization and capability development within an account.

Project Management Role: Client Facing
Location: Jefferson City MO/ Tampa FL/ Dallas TX
  • Hands on Experience in Healthcare/Medicare Line of business.
  • Hands on project management experience. Must be involved in day-to-day operations.
  • Extensive experience in managing large IT J2EE applications using Agile, Incremental and Iterative, RUP & Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in Application development, Maintenance and Support projects.
  • Hands-on experience of project estimating using Function Point, Task Based and PERT.
  • Liaisoning with Customers, vendor teams, and Businesses/Users for enhancing effectiveness of project delivery and operational
  • Efficiency and overall responsibility for completing the project on time and within budget
  • Acts as Interface for both the customer and teams for quality project deliverables
  • Prepare, review and get approval of SoW/Plan for new AD projects won. Adherence to Project specific plan as per business
  • norms agreed in customer contracts
  • Planning the effort/cost estimation and scheduling for new projects
  • Track project cost, schedule, and scope and status review with customer
  • Hands on in Execution of the projects to customer agreed timeline and budget
  • Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs for project delivery by team members and adhering to KPIs agreed in the contract with customers
  • Responsible for CSAT and PSAT on overall project delivery
  • Expertize Customer management

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
