A Taste of What You’ll Do​

Join Gallo Creative as a Sr. Associate Project Manager and take ownership of creative work across one of the largest wine and Bev-Alc portfolios in the world. You’ll manage projects spanning the full arc of brand building: developing brand worlds, packaging renovations and redesigns, brand activations, point-of-sale, digital experiences, and print. Your clients are Brand Marketing, Commerce Marketing, and Corporate teams working across dozens of wine, spirits, and RTD brands, and you’ll be their direct partner from brief through delivery.

This role owns projects end to end. You’ll scope work with clients, ask the questions that sharpen a brief before creative starts, build the schedule and budget, and drive complex projects through production and launch. You sit at the center of designers, copywriters, producers, and operations, and your job is making sure the conditions exist for strategically sound, creatively excellent work.

What You’ll Need​

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of marketing communications, advertising, marketing/creative agency, digital, account management, or lean six sigma experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of Gallo brand marketing, corporate communications, sales account management, creative design, hospitality, or media/digital marketing reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of marketing communications, advertising, marketing/creative agency, digital, account management, or lean six sigma experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Two (2) years’ experience working independently to manage projects and/or campaigns.
  • Ability to partner one-on-one with clients to scope business needs and formulate project plans that effectively meet those needs.
  • Mastery of all aspects of project management including detailing the scope, steps, sequencing, timing, and resources required to fulfill each project.
  • Ability to work independently to manage complex projects and campaigns start to finish, ensuring projects are developed and delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, while working in collaboration with others.
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, streamlining project processes to ensure non-value-added steps are eliminated and team workflow practices are efficient and effective.
  • Experience working as part of a multi-functional marketing and/or communications team including creative design, copywriting, video, photo, and/or production services.
  • Customer oriented with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, QC abilities, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while shifting priorities in response to changing business needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as meeting planning and leadership, conflict-resolution, and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 productivity apps including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other cloud-based systems.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
