Position Overview

The Automation and Motion Control (AMC) Segment Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) is a 24-month accelerated rotational program designed to develop the next generation of operations leaders. Over a two-year period, participants gain broad, hands-on experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence functions.


Through a series of structured rotations, formal learning, and leadership exposure, OMECRP participants build the technical, business, and people leadership skills required to lead critical operations within Regal Rexnord.


Over the course of the Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program, associates will complete 2 rotational assignments, designed to teach fundamental skills across Regal Rexnord's core operations functional areas:

1. Operations and Production

2. Materials Management

3. Distribution & Fulfillment

4. Supply Chain/SIOP

5. Continuous Improvement


While in the rotational program, associates will make valuable connections between rotational assignments and will learn to integrate proven RBS methodologies into their day-to-day activities. Beyond the "learn by doing" training structure, the program cultivates excellence in communication skills via formal report-outs to peers and senior leadership and regularly scheduled mentor meetings with program leadership. The operations rotational associate can anticipate robust two-way dialogue regarding program guidance, rotational assignment planning, mentorship, and identification of well aligned post-program placement opportunities will be facilitated.

  • Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements

  • Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams

  • Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership

  • Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline

  • Must obtain degree and available to begin full-time by program start date of July 2027

  • Senior with strong academic performance; anticipated graduation of Spring/Summer 2027

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

  • Prior experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time) in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain

  • Must be able to relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement

  • Flexibility to work in manufacturing environments (plant, shop floor, etc.)

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization

  • 1+ years of relevant experience (internship, co-op, or professional experience)

  • Demonstrated leadership experience (student orgs, project leadership, etc.)

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools
