Overview
Our client, a global financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives supporting capital markets trading platforms. This role will manage multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive delivery across Agile, SAFe, and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives supporting Rates and FX trading platforms.
  • Manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Compliance, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Deliver projects across Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve project delivery, documentation, reporting, and SDLC processes.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects within financial services or capital markets.
  • Strong project management, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting trading technology, ideally within Rates, FX, Equities, or Credit markets.
  • Understanding of front-to-back trading workflows and trading platform delivery.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Compensation: $175,000 to $185,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
