Job description

We are looking for a key NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team member who will serve as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and have a background in project delivery in data center environments. In this role, you will handle the project through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production!

What you will be doing:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators

  • Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions

  • Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard promptly.

  • Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers

  • Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners

  • Lead complex installations, Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points

  • Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers

  • Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely

  • Be willing to work irregular hours as required

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

  • 7+ years of experience in project delivery management

  • Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products

  • In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.

  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers

  • Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams

  • Superb communication and presentation/oral skills

  • Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision

  • Experience leading global projects.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure Deployment

  • HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
