M&C Saatchi World Services US is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the delivery of strategic communications and social impact campaigns.

THE ROLE

M&C Saatchi World Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the delivery of strategic communications and social impact campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and programs. Working closely with account leadership, strategists, creatives, and production teams, you will help coordinate campaign activities, manage project workflows, and support client engagement efforts.

This role provides an opportunity to contribute across the full communications campaign lifecycle, from project planning and content development through production, delivery, and evaluation. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in global affairs, social impact, and strategic communications. You will play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on schedule, and within budget while building trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.

This is a hybrid role; however, the ideal candidate will live in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of communications campaigns and client projects across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage smaller projects and deliverables from initiation through completion with guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in the development of presentations, client materials, reports, and campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, approvals, production timelines, and quality control processes to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and overall project performance.
  • Support client communications, meeting preparation, status updates, and project reporting activities.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to ensure all deliverables align with campaign objectives, audience needs, and client expectations.
  • Contribute to project brief development by incorporating research findings, campaign insights, and sector knowledge.
  • Support agency-wide initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
  • Prepare meeting notes, contact reports, project documentation, and other account management materials.
  • Participate in status meetings and project reviews while helping to identify solutions to project challenges and risks.
  • Provide day-to-day coordination support that enables effective project delivery and team collaboration.

  • Must possess, be eligible to obtain, and be willing to maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • Location: Hybrid, able to commute regularly to the Washington DC office space.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent written and spoken English required.
  • Educational Requirements: BA/BS in Public Relations, Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing or a related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen (required by government contract).
  • Clearance Eligibility: Must be able and willing to obtain a U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret security clearance immediately upon employment.
  • Background Screening: Must be willing to submit to a rigorous federal background investigation, which includes an in-depth review of personal finances, criminal history, employment history, and drug use.

The salary range provided reflects the anticipated compensation for this role across our Washington, DC and New York locations. Actual starting salary will be determined based on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
