The BBA Field Services team is growing across WesternCanada, and we're seeking an experienced industry leader to help shape thefuture of our high-voltage field services practice.  This strategic role is designed for an accomplishedprofessional with deep industry relationships, a strong understanding ofutility and industrial power systems and a proven ability to drive growth,build teams and influence strategic direction. Whether your background is infield operations, commissioning, protection and control, utilitytelecommunications, project delivery or business leadership, you're recognizedby clients and peers as someone who creates opportunities and drives results.   Working closely with senior leadership, you'll helpdefine our long-term Field Services strategy while supporting marketdevelopment, key client relationships, major pursuits, organizational growthand technical excellence across Western Canada.

This role isn't defined by a single organizationaltitle. Depending on your experience and strengths, it may evolve into aleadership, operational, technical, key account or business developmentmandate. The common thread is influence: the ability to strengthen BBA'sposition in the market, attract high-performing talent and create meaningfulgrowth in critical power infrastructure services.

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for BBA's High-Voltage Field Services practice
  • Identify emerging markets, new service offerings and strategic business opportunities across utility, industrial, generation and infrastructure clients
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with utilities, generation owners, industrial clients, contractors and strategic partners
  • Lead or sponsor major pursuits, capture strategies, proposals and commercial negotiations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for key clients and support long-term account growth
  • Help expand BBA's capabilities across protection and control, utility telecommunications, high-voltage apparatus, automation, commissioning and specialized field services
  • Support our recruiting strategy and help attract high-performing technical and leadership talent to BBA
  • Mentor technical, operational and business development leaders within the Field Services group
  • Provide strategic guidance on service offerings, organizational structure, succession planning and capability development
  • Support pricing strategies, market positioning, competitor intelligence and go-to-market planning
  • Influence technical standards, delivery models, service quality expectations and operational best practices
  • Collaborate with directors, department managers, project managers, practice leaders and executives to align growth objectives with delivery capacity
  • Represent BBA at industry conferences, client meetings, association events and strategic market discussions
