Location: Sealy, TX
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
Tiger Star Construction Corporation is seeking a Construction Cost Engineer to support our industrial construction projects. This role is responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and final cost settlement, working closely with project managers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
  • Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
  • Monitor project costs and control budget throughout construction
  • Prepare and review final cost reports (final accounts / settlement)
  • Assist with bid preparation and subcontractor pricing
  • Track material, labor, and equipment costs
  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience in construction cost estimating or cost control
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
  • Proficiency in Excel and cost estimating software
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
