Job Description
Position Purpose:
Develop, implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control, Cost control and Planning.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan.
  • Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures.
  • Produce cost and progress s-curves.
  • Liaising with managers and Engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
  • Draft letters, memo and reports in relation with Project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning).
  • Assist Contract manager and Procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers.

Work Environment:
  • This is a full-time, onsite position (5 days per week) located at the Haworth WTP.

Qualifications
Education/Experience/Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong listening abilities and reporting skills.
  • Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control, Planning, etc..)
  • Computer skills (MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore, etc..)

Additional Information
Pay Range: $125000 to $150000 per year.
