We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage, coordinate, and oversee construction projects including project planning, execution, and closure. The Project Manager plans and directs all construction activities and administrative processes to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.



•Develop and maintains successful client relationships.
•Develop business opportunities.
•Responsible for project start-up, project quality, and compliance.
•Submit and review change orders, while effectively communicating issues and developing resolutions.
•Ensure subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders are reviewed and accurate.
•Participate in the development of schedules and sequencing of work.
•Develop project schedules and be responsible for project cost control.
•Work with field management to generate a job-specific safety plan.
•Manage budget and financial reporting,
•Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.



Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience managing projects in the construction industry are required, preferably in the healthcare field.
•Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, purchasing, estimating, accounting and engineering principles.
•Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience



•Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science, construction management or similar field

•High level of financial responsibilities
•5+ years of managing construction projects required, preferably in the healthcare field
•Experience working on construction projects ranging from 5 – 40 million dollars.
