We're seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support Nurse Connect initiatives within the Access Center. This role will partner closely with the Operational Project Manager, Program Manager, and fellow Project Coordinators to drive key priorities including new clinic onboarding, technology implementations, and document management.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across teams to move projects forward.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Proven ability to create clear, concise, and engaging PowerPoint presentations, tailored for both executive audiences and frontline team members
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization-a passion for turning data into actionable insights is essential
  • Background in developing training materials and maintaining SharePoint/Intranet content
  • Familiarity with Epic (preferred) and Verint (strongly preferred/bonus)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail in document management

Summary:

Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager or Director. This position spends >50% of time worked on managing projects. Works with project team members to gather and evaluate business.

Responsibilities:

1. Assists Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for projects. Reviews project proposal and deliverables with Project Management and other related departments that will be involved to determine proper lead time.
2. Maintains communication with project members to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process.
3. Monitors and modifies project schedule as assigned. Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication. Assists project team and team lead in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.
4. As project lead, prepares and edits project-related presentations and charts. Coordinates meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports. Maintains Project Managers calendars.
5. Schedules project follow up meetings as needed. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders. Develops and reviews project status and reports.
