TON RÔLE

À titre de chargé de projet, tu seras responsable de planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi complet des projets de construction qui te sont confiés, afin d’en garantir la réalisation conforme, efficace et rentable.

Concrètement, tes principales responsabilités seront :

  • Planifier les activités, coordonner les ressources et assurer le suivi de l’avancement des travaux.
  • Suivre les budgets, les échéanciers et les impacts financiers, tout en documentant les écarts et les changements.
  • Coordonner les professionnels, fournisseurs et sous-traitants et assurer une circulation efficace de l’information.
  • Veiller à la conformité des travaux aux plans, devis, exigences contractuelles et normes applicables.
  • Administrer les changements, participer aux réunions de chantier, assurer le suivi des déficiences et préparer la documentation de fin de projet.

Notre allié pour la gestion des chantiers si tu : 
  • Détiens un diplôme d’études universitaires en génie civil, génie de la construction, génie du bâtiment ou discipline connexe;

  • Détiens un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un domaine connexe.

  • Détiens un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe multidisciplinaire.

  • Es membre d'un ordre professionnel.
